South Africa has an unpleasant surprise for the fans who came to the soccer World Cup in 2010. Because in this country, FIFA puts more than 500 cameras monitoring the speed for the spectators who like speeding.
This tool was considered important, because with a game that places hundreds of miles apart, hopefully fans will be renting a car to travel between the stadium.
Motorists who do not understand the streets of this country may find it too easy to reach the speed limit, run the risk of fines or in severe cases, their vehicles confiscated.
However, installing a surveillance camera, it is hoped the settlers would come to realize that their speed is always monitored.
"Will there are thousands of football fans down in South Africa during the coming weeks, and on the side of the law clearly would be a major concern for many visitors," says CEO RoadPilot, James Flynn OBE who became the provider of these tools (Autoevolution news).
RoadPilot Mobile which is a British company itself also provides a GPS application that can help guide both to remind the rider who has a Nokia phone with Nokia Maps 3.0 application which integrates with speed cameras.
